Using Whizard
By using Whizard you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
What you may do
Connect data sources, build pages, and publish them to the web for lawful purposes. You retain full ownership of the data you connect and the pages you create. You may export your data at any time from Account settings.
Prohibited content
You may not use Whizard to publish or distribute:
- -Illegal content of any kind
- -Content that infringes third-party intellectual property
- -Malware, phishing pages, or deceptive content
- -Spam or unsolicited commercial communications
- -Content designed to harm or deceive users
Published pages that violate these terms will be removed. Repeat violations result in account suspension.
Billing
Free plan users have access to the core feature set with limits described on the pricing page. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Liability
Whizard is provided as-is. We make no warranties about uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
